MINDCAF'S EXPERIENCE SHARED
On 28 July 2025, the Minister of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure, His Excellency Henri Eyebe Ayissi, received a strong delegation from the 38th batch of the Zimbabwe Staff College, on a visit to Cameroon. The meeting, held in the MINDCAF’s conference room, was aimed at sharing experiences on the geopolitical issues affecting the region.
It was part of a study tour on the topic: “MINDCAF's Contribution to the Demarcation and Development of the Living Conditions of Cameroon’s Population”, the Minister of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure, His Excellency Henri Eyebe Ayissi, during a highly strategic ceremony, gave a detailed account of MINDCAF's pivotal role in the process of securing Cameroon's territory.
The powerful delegation led by Colonel William Mangwiro including students and teachers from the Zimbabwe Staff College on a visit to Cameroon, coming from seven countries, ushered by Mindef’s focal point and supervised by Zimbabwe’s Consul in Cameroon, His Excellency Thomas-d'Aquin Mouafo.
The delegation was made up of seven countries from various geographical areas of Africa, including Zimbabwe, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Kingdom of Lesotho, the Republic of Mozambique, Zambia, South Africa and Namibia. The delegation comprised eight teachers and 18 students, was privileged to share the rich experience of Cameroon in the management of land tenure, State lands, surveys, and State property with MINDCAF.
A visit that helps to strengthen the fruitful cooperation between Cameroon and Zimbabwe as well as close fraternity and friendship ties between the two countries.
